Everything went smoothly. The operation was a success. Communication was significantly easier when the translators were present. When I was searching for a plastic surgeon, I was a little nervous but eventually settled on coming to Istanbul because I had no doubt Turkish surgeons are some of the best in the world, and have a significant amount of experience compared to doctors in my own country.
Emily is wonderful, patient, and trust worthy. With her I had all the certainties that this was a procedure that would go well. When I got to the hospital, I was greeted by the translator who is called Ismael. He is also wonderful.
The Dr. Murat Yaman’s surgical skill is exceptional and he is very friendly. The quality of care was exceptional and I felt that I was in good hands even if I had travelled by myself. The logistics such as the transfers and organisation of the stay also proceeded smoothly. Thank you everyone!

The hospital was excellent: clean, well-organized, and calm. The staff were professional and responsive. My translator, Ismael, was a great help—always available, friendly, and with a fantastic sense of humor. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile. I was there for an upper blepharoplasty and also consulted a dentist for teeth whitening, so it was just a one-day visit, but I would have felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of if I had needed to stay longer. Apart from a few issues with WhatsApp, communication was clear and everyone was responsive. Transfers between the hotel and the clinic were always on time and much appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent choice, and I would feel comfortable using the hospital’s services in any capacity in the future. Thank you!
