I would like to share my experience with Turquie Santé and Memorial Clinic and to thank the coordinator Emily, who took the time to explain every step to me — she speaks French, which was great. She arranged a teleconsultation with Dr. Akin Yildiz, an extremely compassionate surgeon, who took the time to answer all my questions, even the smallest ones. I received the estimate within 48 hours; everything was transparent.
Memorial Clinic was immaculate, clean, modern, and very well organized. The nursing staff were attentive, and Dr. Akin came to see me every morning during my five-day stay.
Back in France, the platform coordinated with my GP for ongoing follow-up. Three weeks after the operation, I feel well. I recommend without hesitation the clinic, the doctor, and the platform.

Pick up and drop
off was not very commutative. I had to wait for a driver when i arrived. I had to wait for a driver and confirm to go back to the airport. I had 4 different translators and many test done between 8-5 pm. I didn’t get everything promised.
I got a wild text on what’s app asking why i canceled a pet scan when i asked over 6 times for it. I was told everyone is fasting and praying for ramadan. I couldn’t seem to get any answers. I then was told i need to see urology and had to pay extra but was told the same thing the last doctor told me.
