I was disappointed with the services and the translator looking after another before my assignment. Most of the doctors are ok, but the internist doesn't give me to explain. He became the doctor & the patient and he ask a question and try to answer himself without given chance. Pick up and drop

off was not very commutative. I had to wait for a driver when i arrived. I had to wait for a driver and confirm to go back to the airport. I had 4 different translators and many test done between 8-5 pm. I didn’t get everything promised.

I got a wild text on what’s app asking why i canceled a pet scan when i asked over 6 times for it. I was told everyone is fasting and praying for ramadan. I couldn’t seem to get any answers. I then was told i need to see urology and had to pay extra but was told the same thing the last doctor told me.

I waited over an hour before being called.

I am disappointed by Nassim's lack of organization and coordination. Plus, I feel like he doesn't know the clinic's medical procedures.

The gynecologist consulted me and assigned me to a caregiver or nurse to do the laser. She told me she didn't have my meeting in her schedule, she came home and left me there. Same for microneedling, there was no appointment.

I refused to be treated like cattle by the nurse. I wasted a day for nothing, I am very disappointed with the support.

I paid €106 for the consultation for nothing, it was a disaster, I lost a day for nothing. I wouldn't have come back for anything in the world the next day.

I regret and I do not recommend Hisar at all. They take people for cattle.

A clinic to avoid for couples undergoing PMA. We were received by the doctor the day after our arrival in Turkey. However, this meeting was very disappointing because we only got to see her for barely 10 minutes, and she didn't give us time or opportunity to ask questions. When I complained to the translator, she told me that we should ask our questions to the coordinator with whom we had spoken before our arrival in Turkey, because the doctor was not there for that. Moreover, it is not even this famous doctor that we saw during the 3 other visits, and all were just as expeditious. To top it off, the doctor did not perform the embryo transfer herself, but entrusted it to another doctor. This clinic absolutely does not keep the promises it made to us before our arrival. They are dream sellers. Given the way in which we were taken care of, I immediately feared the outcome of this IVF, which of course did nothing, except to make us waste a lot of time and money. . I do not recommend this doctor or this clinic to couples undergoing IVF

Literally every appointment went wrong, there needs to be a better communication. Also there was no interpreter available most of the time, this was making things even more difficult and frustrating. The hotel is nice, the hospital and the docter are good. All together I am very happy with the result but not with the organization of all of it.
