An excellent experience from start to finish. From the very first moment we felt accompanied and cared for in every detail, as if we were the protagonists of a well-organized film where nothing was left to chance. I write this review in detail because I believe anyone considering it deserves to know not only that everything went well, but why.
COORDINATION: From the beginning Emily coordinated everything for us—always attentive, approachable, and available for any question. In addition, throughout the process we had an online assistant who guided us continuously. We had all the necessary information at our disposal, both to find our way and for our comfort. At no point did we feel lost.
TRANSFERS: Impeccable. We never had to wait even once. The quality and treatment were exceptional; the transfer vehicle itself was on the level of a luxury hotel. Transfers to follow-up appointments were also always punctual and in clean vehicles.
THE HOSPITAL: A modern, attractive building with top-level staff and equipment. The room was comparable to a luxury hotel. The stay includes full board, with three substantial meals a day for both the patient and the companion. The hospital even has its own café.
THE PROCESS: We spent 3 nights in the hospital (plus the night of arrival, since we landed after 8 p.m.). That first night they carried out all the preparatory tests without delay. The next morning we met the doctor and everything proceeded as planned, precisely on time. The doctor worked excellently and was very kind. Recovery was quick, painless, and without complications.
OUR LOCAL ASSISTANT, ISMAEL: He deserves a special mention. He helped us with everything and was always available when we needed him. It makes a real difference to feel that someone is looking out for you at all times.
THE SURROUNDINGS: Around the hospital there are shops, a pharmacy, and green areas with parks where the companion can relax. If desired, you can also get to know some of the local culture.
THE HOTEL: After the hospital we were moved for 3 nights to a lovely, quiet, and clean 4-star hotel, ideal for the recovery period. The food was delicious, varied, and of good quality. Less than 500 meters away there were shops and restaurants, so everything needed was within easy reach.
THE CARE: Everyone was very kind, including people on the street. Before we left they gave us all the information about the medication, and contact remains ongoing: if you have any doubts, they help immediately.
In short: professionalism, warmth, and impeccable organization at every stage. Thanks to Emily and the whole team at Turquie Santé. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Hello,
I had a nasal reconstruction and I'm torn between being "happy with the result" and "disappointed with the result" because, aesthetically, the nose looks good but when I touch it a piece of bone hasn't fully integrated — it cracks and you can feel it move when I touch my nose. Also, around the nostrils the nose is very hard because the doctor added cartilage horizontally without asking me.
I therefore have to have another surgery to remove that cartilage and reinforce the part that keeps cracking.

Hospital!!!! LOKMAN HEKIM ISTANBUL!!! AVOID!!! I took my direct return flight and left that hospital — they did a blood draw. They paralyzed my hand. Terrible reception, they only talk about money and they treat you like crap. I went back home, and don't anyone try to tell me otherwise, because I have proof: my hand was all blue and paralyzed from a simple blood draw. My cousin and I bailed!! Don't make the mistake of going there! We arrived; I was supposed to be fasting. I didn't even get a drop of water, and when I asked, they grumbled!!!

I have no words to adequately thank Dr. Murat Yaman for his incredible work and professionalism. I traveled to Istanbul to undergo lipedema surgery on my thighs and buttocks, as well as VASER liposuction on my abdomen, flanks and back. I had an eye implant placed at the Lokman Clinic, organized by Turquie Santé. Upon my arrival in Istanbul, transfers had been arranged and the medical appointments were already scheduled. The reception at the clinic was satisfactory and the examinations were carried out quickly. The doctor explained the procedure to me in simple terms.
On the day of the procedure I was a little nervous. I was calmly settled and prepped. During the procedure I was conscious but I did not feel any pain, only some slight sensations and pressure. The team was attentive and reassured me throughout the whole process. The procedure went smoothly.
Afterwards I was kept under observation and then allowed to rest. Before my return I had a check-up and received instructions for the continuation of my treatment.

When I was searching for a plastic surgeon, I was a little nervous but eventually settled on coming to Istanbul because I had no doubt Turkish surgeons are some of the best in the world, and have a significant amount of experience compared to doctors in my own country.
Emily is wonderful, patient, and trust worthy. With her I had all the certainties that this was a procedure that would go well. When I got to the hospital, I was greeted by the translator who is called Ismael. He is also wonderful.

The hospital was excellent: clean, well-organized, and calm. The staff were professional and responsive. My translator, Ismael, was a great help—always available, friendly, and with a fantastic sense of humor. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile. I was there for an upper blepharoplasty and also consulted a dentist for teeth whitening, so it was just a one-day visit, but I would have felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of if I had needed to stay longer. Emily effectively communicated with me throughout the entire process which made my experience a delight. The doctor made certain I understood his instructions before and after care.
No pick up from hotel was given, had to pay hefty amount of 50 euros to get there by taxi for my PRP treatment, and I must express my deep disappointment. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with PRP procedure.
Despite arriving on time, my appointment wasn’t ready, and I had to wait a long time before anything even began. The process only moved forward after I insisted them. I transferred the payment of 350 euros well, yet the coordination was lacking.
One of the major issues was the language barrier—only one staff member could speak English, and she was new, with little to no understanding of the procedure. I waited for the doctor you had scheduled for me, only to be informed last minute that they were in surgery and unavailable until 12:00 p.m. This disrupted my entire day, as I had other important reservations based on the initial estimated timing giving by you.
Eventually, another doctor was assigned, who didn’t speak English either and made no effort to communicate before abruptly beginning the procedure. To make matters worse, they lacked proper PRP equipment. Instead of using the standard automated system, the plasma was manu

Had a great experience. Everything was positive: the organisation, level of hospital, fantastic Dr Yaman and the ever-smiling and professional Ismail. The only negative was the hotel perhaps. Its location is far from the centre and they charge you extra for water, which is silly for a recovery place (and when it's most important to drink). Very happy overall!

I am very satisfied with the care I received; everything went very well. Nacim was kind and helpful to me throughout the entire time.
I would also like to highlight how attentive the nursing staff were. The nurses came every 30 minutes to change the ice packs and check on my condition, which shows the level of care and attention I received during my stay. The only thing that bothered me a little was the noise during the night, but overall the experience was very good.

I don’t know where to start when it comes to the service and care that I received from the team. Right from the transport, reception at Lokman Hekim hospital, the staff and mostly my Surgeon Dr Murat, everyone was excellent. I travelled on 27th December on my own but I didn’t feel alone, I felt comfortable from the start, thanks to Ismael for his hard work in interpreting. Although I don’t speak Turkish, the staff at the hospital did their best to help me understand, they were attentive, caring and very professional. The hospital facilities are very clean, I felt like I was in a 5* hotel suite. Thank you so much Dr Ishmael for the liposuction, am healing well and thank you Ismael and your team for the care. Last but not least, thank you Kevin for arranging this and for checking on me whilst I was in hospital to ensure that I was getting a good service. I was very apprehensive because I had never had any surgery but Lokman Hekim has changed everything for me, I already see my body shape changing after my liposuction and am excited to see the final results in a few months. Concerning my opinion on the hospital and the staff, nothing to say, everything went well. The operation as such, I imagine that it went well, I had no particular problem with it. of my health, no infection to my knowledge nor anything that would have required hospitalization in France so that's cool
