She was very professional and patient with me whenever I had some misgivings. Sara made my appointment with Dr. Ergin Er and one week ago I had my procedure done and I am totally satisfied.
I must say that Ege, Dr. Ergin's assistant is an absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and very kind person. I met him the morning of my appointment and he immediately put me at ease. He informed me of every step that would be taken and I felt totally comfortable. Dr. Ergin was very professional as he explained what he was going to do in detail and he answered all my questions which made me comfortable and relaxed.
I am very pleased with the level of medical professionalism that was meted out to me at this clinic and from all whom I had contact with, beginning with Sara, Ege and Dr. Ergin. Very special thanks to you all.

How shall I say? It was perfect! From my arrival in Istanbul until my departure from Istanbul, everything was impeccable. Small mention for the translator Dilek who was wonderful and extremely kind! Professor Ergin Er is a true professional, he took away a complex that had been following me for more than 15 years, he is a magician!!! The organization is really top notch, I recommend it with my eyes closed.
Everything went well, until the anesthetist and the surgeon decided not to operate on me because of completely curcumin-based food. I was upset but afterwards I told myself that he had been very careful of me. So thank you to them for putting the health of their patient first. Happy with the operation but there could be a little more privacy in the clinic - people would randomly come into the room without knocking and you could easily overhear doctors having private conversations with other patients. Hotel was very comfortable, taxi from the airport was a little bit late.

Yes I am really very satisfied with my time at ISTANBUL AESTHETIC CENTER. All the staff couldn't do enough for me, my translator Abdul always responded to my requests, and of course my surgeon Dr. ERGIN ER did a magnificent job with great precision. What I appreciated the most, apart from the instantaneous casi response time on the Turkey Santé site, was the fact that once there, I was never "pushed to drink". I never felt like a cash cow, I was treated like a human being from start to finish. After a quick calculation, the savings I have achieved through Turquie Santé and the ISTANBUL AESTHETIC CENTER clinic are between 8,000 and 10,000 €, and I am not even talking about the time they saved me. In France, I would have been made to wait for months, and made to go back and forth for nothing (paying each consultation for a hundred euros). To conclude, I am extremely satisfied with my time at ISTANBUL AESTHETIC CENTER, and if I have to have my surgery again one day I will entrust them with my body in total confidence. I didn't get the impression that they really specialize in lip reduction.
I wanted to have a medical consultation before my operation, in order to fully understand the procedure and plan for the rest. They told me that if I was to have a consultation before and my operation on another day, the dr would no longer be available. I wanted to have my operation on a Thursday just to rest on the weekend. But they told me it's a light operation and I can go about my business the same day. It's not at all what it was. I was shaken by the general anesthesia and exaggerated inflammation of my lip.
