Dr. Ece Kalafatlar – Cosmetic Surgery

My experience at the Turquie Sante in Istanbul, Türkiye was very professional, efficient and comfortable. My medical assistant Sara has been extremely helpful to me since I contacted this hospital. She was very professional and patient with me whenever I had some misgivings. Sara made my appointment with Dr. Ergin Er and one week ago I had my procedure done and I am totally satisfied.



I must say that Ege, Dr. Ergin's assistant is an absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and very kind person. I met him the morning of my appointment and he immediately put me at ease. He informed me of every step that would be taken and I felt totally comfortable. Dr. Ergin was very professional as he explained what he was going to do in detail and he answered all my questions which made me comfortable and relaxed.



I am very pleased with the level of medical professionalism that was meted out to me at this clinic and from all whom I had contact with, beginning with Sara, Ege and Dr. Ergin. Very special thanks to you all.

Frankly the welcome of the staff and doctors was very good!!



As for teeth whitening, I am a little disappointed, the result was not as I imagined, even my family did not notice it and thought it was as if I had not done teeth whitening.



For PRP face I can't judge because I had a few brown spots and tan but I noticed that the spots decreased a little.

Everything went well, until the anesthetist and the surgeon decided not to operate on me because of completely curcumin-based food. I was upset but afterwards I told myself that he had been very careful of me. So thank you to them for putting the health of their patient first. I return to Turkey in December to finalize my operation without taking curcumin of course ????. Congratulations again for everything and see you soon

Happy with the operation but there could be a little more privacy in the clinic - people would randomly come into the room without knocking and you could easily overhear doctors having private conversations with other patients. Hotel was very comfortable, taxi from the airport was a little bit late.
