I went to Istanbul to treat coronary artery disease at the Acıbadem clinic, with Turquie Santé. Before departure, everything had been planned, and upon our arrival the transfers and tests followed fairly quickly. A translator was present, which made communication with the medical team easier. Before the procedure I was naturally a little stressed. Dr. Necmettin explained things to me in simple terms. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia, without any particular difficulty on my part. The team was calm and professional throughout. Afterwards, I spent the night under observation while my family was able to stay nearby, which was reassuring. I felt tired but relieved. The next day the doctor came to check on me and gave me instructions to follow after my return. I left with the necessary medical documents. Overall, the experience went smoothly. The organization was professional and follow-up care was provided, although it remains an important step that requires careful consideration.

Hello, We are well and have returned home safely, thank God! Overall, everything went smoothly — we really appreciated the conversations with the doctors and their follow-up care. I was disappointed with the services and the translator looking after another before my assignment. Most of the doctors are ok, but the internist doesn't give me to explain. He became the doctor & the patient and he ask a question and try to answer himself without given chance. I have been with Istanbul hospitals and I know the treatment I receive and this is very bad treatment. You are one of the best and your assistance will be highly appreciated.
