Literally every appointment went wrong, there needs to be a better communication. Also there was no interpreter available most of the time, this was making things even more difficult and frustrating. The hotel is nice, the hospital and the docter are good. All together I am very happy with the result but not with the organization of all of it.
I had a great experience for my surgery. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. The trip was well organised and I would feel comfortable doing it all again.
