I want to share my experience with your team after being hospitalized for a blepharoplasty operation on March 7, 2023.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the organization, especially with regard to interpretation and transport from the hotel to the airport. Everything went smoothly.
However, I did notice a few minor issues during my stay. Indeed, I sometimes felt a certain expectation and a lack of information and communication, which could be improved for future patients. In addition, before my trip, transaction fees and exchange rates were not communicated as were the medications prescribed after the operation, which led to a slightly higher final amount.
As far as the hotel is concerned, it was very comfortable and the breakfast very good, but as far as the hospital meals are concerned, they were very poor and served a little late. Fortunately, the nurse who accompanied me throughout was very pleasant and caring.
The only other problem was a somewhat long wait before I left the hospital, I had to insist a little with the hospital team.
