My experience with Turquie Santé was generally positive. During the initial contact, the team was responsive and took the time to answer my questions.
The travel arrangements went smoothly overall — the transfers and accommodation were as announced. There was a bit of a wait when I arrived at the airport, but nothing really problematic.
Medically, I was well cared for. The neurosurgery team at the Acibadem clinic appeared competent and professional, and the explanations given before the procedure helped me feel more confident. The staff were available and attentive.
The operation went well and the follow-up after surgery was thorough. I particularly appreciated the time spent on explanations afterward.
