Du chauffeur au médecin, tout le monde a été extrêmement accueillant et a bien géré mon état. Ils étaient tous bien préparés malgré quelques contretemps en cours de route, mais ils ont tout rectifié rapidement. Je n'ai aucune autre plainte. Merci beaucoup, et j'ai hâte de revenir bientôt pour mon rendez-vous de suivi.

Hello,
I had a nasal reconstruction and I'm torn between being "happy with the result" and "disappointed with the result" because, aesthetically, the nose looks good but when I touch it a piece of bone hasn't fully integrated — it cracks and you can feel it move when I touch my nose. Also, around the nostrils the nose is very hard because the doctor added cartilage horizontally without asking me.
I therefore have to have another surgery to remove that cartilage and reinforce the part that keeps cracking.

Hospital!!!! LOKMAN HEKIM ISTANBUL!!! AVOID!!! I took my direct return flight and left that hospital — they did a blood draw. They paralyzed my hand. Terrible reception, they only talk about money and they treat you like crap. I went back home, and don't anyone try to tell me otherwise, because I have proof: my hand was all blue and paralyzed from a simple blood draw. My cousin and I bailed!! Don't make the mistake of going there! We arrived; I was supposed to be fasting. I didn't even get a drop of water, and when I asked, they grumbled!!!

I waited over an hour before being called.
I am disappointed by Nassim's lack of organization and coordination. Plus, I feel like he doesn't know the clinic's medical procedures.
The gynecologist consulted me and assigned me to a caregiver or nurse to do the laser. She told me she didn't have my meeting in her schedule, she came home and left me there. Same for microneedling, there was no appointment.
I refused to be treated like cattle by the nurse. I wasted a day for nothing, I am very disappointed with the support.
I paid €106 for the consultation for nothing, it was a disaster, I lost a day for nothing. I wouldn't have come back for anything in the world the next day.
I regret and I do not recommend Hisar at all. They take people for cattle.

To ban this clinic altogether and cripple people's health. Today is the 12th day after the operation at the Hisar clinic, I am in a German clinic with a diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Hisar left me without help after the operation and what I have now happened. Shame on the doctors

Those were probably the worst days of my life (you can never be completely prepared for operations like this), but beauty requires sacrifice. I'm still completely wrapped in bandages and plasters.

Overall, everything went smoothly — we really appreciated the conversations with the doctors and their follow-up care. The only thing we regretted was the lack of an interpreter during procedures with the nurses, and the endless waiting times for transport.

Had a great experience. Everything was positive: the organisation, level of hospital, fantastic Dr Yaman and the ever-smiling and professional Ismail. The only negative was the hotel perhaps. Its location is far from the centre and they charge you extra for water, which is silly for a recovery place (and when it's most important to drink). Very happy overall!
