Thanks to Nacim for all the service and for his time and organization.

However, I admit that my brothers and my dad are very unhappy because the estimate has nothing to do with the treatments.

The price of the room which has been multiplied by 5

Interventions on the preformat invoice were not taken into consideration

The proforma invoice contains only the costs of the analyses and we have also indicated that the treatment plan will be decided on the basis of the biopsy results. Related to the room cost, no room cost was mentioned in the proforma invoice as diagnostics analysis are all performed ambulatory. What's more, proforma invoices usually change after a patient has been seen and the physical consultation has taken place. The fact that these analyses have been quoted does not mean that they will be carried out with 100% certainty due to the fact that these treatment plans are only based on the medical reports shared by the patient and not based on physical examination. Patients are always informed that the treatment plan can change upon first consultation, as can the prices. Additionally, the prices are written as "estimated cost" in proforma invoices.
