Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG procedure), also known as coronary artery bypass graft procedure, is defined as a heart surgery to treat coronary artery disease (one of the most common cardiovascular diseases).
It is practiced in Istanbul when a coronary artery is narrowed or blocked by a deposit of fat or fiber, the purpose of which is to soothe the symptoms by bypassing the blocked heart arteries. This surgery significantly improves the quality of life of the patient.
